Of the many who offered to rope in management zeroed down on 45 employees. This team met twice a month and worked for more than 18 months to bring out a uniform which was not only cost effective, could be washed by machine and customised to the flight usage for all staff. The management was very pleased with the outcome. Not only did the uniform boost the morale of employees but also brought out what was the true spirit of the employees. This definitely worked much better than hiring someone from Outside.
